Bolla Soave Classico – Italy 1 x 375ml, a crisp, dry white with a soft acidity and rounded pear, melon and almond notes. Clean and fresh with peach and tangerine fruit flavours. The normal Garganega grape is mixed with the rare, but highly-prized, Trebbiano di Soave which boosts both the fruit and aroma of the completed blend. Cool-fermented in temperature-controlled chrome steel tanks, the grapes are harvested from the Classico sub-region.
AIX de Provence Rosé – France 1 x 375ml, is the Gold awarded premium Provence rosé. A fragrant and well balanced wine, with a hypnotising salmon pink colour reveals a fruity freshness. The nose is fresh and fragrant, delicate yet youthful and gives classy notes of watermelon, strawberries and flowers. Created the usage of 30% of rosé bleeding and 70% direct pressing, the softest hint of Carignan is added to the classical Provence blend of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault to provide much more profound depth.
