ODDBIRD ROSÉ: is a premium sparkling wine that you’ll revel in from mid-day to nighttime. Delightfully drinkable in addition to pairable with a variety of cuisine.
It has sophisticated tones of Granny Smith apple, Citrus and Summer berries. With very fresh taste of berry with a marginally of sweetness; there are hints of strawberries, red currants and citrus.
The sparkling wine is aged for as much as 365 days in a terroir of sunshine & stony clay- limestone.
