Buy Ailsa Bay single malt scotch whisky. Ailsa Bay was founded in 2007 in the Girvan distillery to make malt whiskey for William Grant’s series of blended spirits. The first single malt, a heavily peated no-age-statement release, was available in February 2016, after eight years of operation.
