Description
Mad Fish Chardonnay is constructed from grapes picked within the cool of the early morning to retain freshness. They’re then lightly crushed and the entire bunch pressing of the juice takes place.
The juice is then transferred instantly to French oak barrels for cool fermentation to start out.
Bright yet pale yellow with subtle notes of citrus blossom, honeysuckle and peach combined with undertones of crème caramel and vanilla. Serve chilled.
