He is an expert on Provence pink and is rather fond of the wines from this top estate, the name of which we can’t reveal. A great price from the 5-star domaine means it’s a hush hush deal, but you’ll certainly be impressed with what’s in the bottle. It’s a classic Provence blend of Grenache with a little Cinsault, providing delicate strawberry notes with a subtle savoury edge and herbal length, all underscored by classic citrusy minerality. Very elegant, it’s a fine wine to serve at dinner.
