Description
This Cabernet Sauvignon was once created within the lofty heights of the Cafayate Valley within the remote Salta region of Argentina.
It’s the results of the work of 2 brothers (hermanos): Osvaldo working the circle of relatives vineyards, and Rafael making the wines from the wonderfully concentrated grapes that this high altitude yields.
The focal point of this range is to precise the terroir, specializing in the fruit and and not using a oak ageing.
Good with rice dishes, asado and game
