In the mouth, it is succulent, silky and beautifully-balanced, with tidy, integrated acidity that is hidden away while doing its job of freshening and holding everything together. This sense of freshness sustains on the finish, with persistent purity of fruit, harmony, balance and refinement. Enjoy now and over the next decade or longer. This comes from a single ‘Grand Cru’ (Grosses Gewächs) called Kirschgarten (= ‘Cherry Garden’)
