A premium aged, small batch rum from the Philippines. Distilled at the island of Negros, Don Papa is produced from one of the most perfect quality sugar cane on this planet.
Having been aged for seven years in American oak, charcoal filtered to take away tannins after which carefully blended, Don Papa has a wealthy, smooth taste.
Light and fruity at the nose, smooth and delicate at the palate, the light amber-coloured Don Papa has a long, wealthy-textured finish and offers flavours of vanilla, honey and candied fruits.
Awards: Don Papa has won various awards for both the liquid and its distinctive packaging. These include a Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
Serving Instructions: Best possible served at the rocks or mixed in a cocktail such as a Don Papa Old Fashioned.
