Description
Castillo de Ibiza is comprised of Tempranillo and Garnacha. Both are vinified one at a time with the saignee method
Cold maceration helps extract aromas in addition to a subtle pink colour. Following the maceration, the skins are got rid of and the will have to ferments at a controlled temperature of around 15°C degrees
The color is a pale yet vibrant pink with peach hues
Crisp red fruit aromas at the nose (strawberries, raspberries, pomegranate) in addition to stone fruit (peach, apricot) underpinned by a savoury note. Creamy and lingering finish – one to understand that!
Castillo de Ibiza is a sunset rose. It’s highest paired with pink skies, a good tune and your favourite other folks
