We use predominantly ex sherry casks to mature our unpeated Islay whisky giving a beautifully wealthy and whole bodied character
The 12 year old whisky is obtainable at a high strength of 46.3% ABV, is non-sit back filtered and with out a artificial colour, giving our whisky an authentic character and taste.
