The 18 year old Dalmore is bold in flavour and inviting in scent, everything a well-aged whisky should be! The amber liquid has been matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks and aged in Matusalem oloroso sherry casks, resulting in a deep, sweet and rich flavour profile. Whisky region: Highland Nose: Sweet essence of vanilla, sharp citrus and bitter dark chocolate. Palate: Dried fruits, dark chocolate and orange, roasted nuts and a hint of spice. Finish: Medium-long, smooth with a lingering tang of citrus.
