The Dalmore has set the standard for cask ageing for over 150 years. Master Distiller Richard Paterson has been the creative force here for nearly five decades. He hand-selects the casks from the world’s finest wineries, bodegas and distilleries and ages the whiskies in them to create something truly remarkable. This 12-year-old single malt is matured in ex-bourbon barrels and finished off in rare Oloroso-sherry casks. It has aromas of citrus, chocolate and sweet spices and flavours of Seville orange, vanilla, coffee and dark chocolate.
