Part of the Cask Noir series by Brave New Spirits this Caol Ila 12 Year Old titled Hector’s Sound of Islay is a Single Malt Scotch Whisky which was matured in a 1st fill Hospices de Nuits wine barrique. Which has influenced the whisky with wonderful notes of Salted caramel and honey muesli to pair with the classic peat smoke of a Caol Ila whisky. Producing 311 bottles from cask #318156 and bottled at Cask strength of 565 ABV.
